Special Events Coordinator

Special Events Coordinator works directly with event/race promoters and assist with scheduling and planning upcoming Marathons, Triathlons, 5/10K, Parades and more. Establishing and maintaining relationships, creating quotes/estimates and ensuring all orders and traffic control equipment is loaded. Must possess excellent time management, be able to work in a fast passed environment, multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills, Service oriented and knowledge with inventory and billing in QB. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas (preferred).
