Post Permit Processor/Administrative support

The Permit Processor/Administrative Assistant position is a diverse position with a variety of responsibilities.
AAB is looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational and self-prioritization skills.
The position is mainly responsible for, but not limited to, compiling and delivering permit packages, plans and other document under direction of professional staff.

Maintain, monitor and communicate permit status with all related parties and provide administrative support .
In addition, lend administrative support to overall office operations.  

Qualifications

HS Diploma or higher
Two years of experience in a professional office setting
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe
Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Traffic Control Industry and MUTCD  manuals a plus
ATSSA certified a plus

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with others
Ability to follow guidelines and instruction
Able to interpret and disseminate complex information effectively and possess organization and problem solving skills.
Possess high level of organizational skills with multi-tasking and time management capabilities
