Frontdesk/Admin - ORL Branch

This role requires multi tasks needed for the efficient daily office operation.
Some of the duties include answering inbound calls, ordering and scheduling jobs,
communication with technicians, clients as well as local authorities.
Will be expected to be proficient in the main operating software involving producing, updating and auditing  work related documents.
The ideal candidate would be someone who possess an outgoing personality who is willing to learn.
This position is based in our ORLANDO Branch.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  
Must have experience as an office front desk/dispatching, traffic control industry a plus
Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work is a fast-paced, team office environment
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
Able to work in a team environment and communicate well with others
Possess high level of organizational skills with multi-tasking and time management capabilities
Maintain a positive attitude and work environment
