Position: Traffic Control Designer

The Traffic Control designer is responsible for developing and creating MOT designs that assist solving business obstacles.   Through the use of technology and software, this role will be looked upon to perform moderate drafting tasks, read, interpret and analyze drawings, field notes, survey information, utility maps and other mapping reference materials.  Perform various field duties including traveling to job sites to verify conditions such as locations of driveways, utilities, buildings, structures, etc.
This position is based in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida location

 

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Demonstrated experience using computer graphic software
Knowledge of MUTCD & WATCH Manuals a plus
ATSSA certified a plus

Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with others
Ability to follow guidelines and instruction
Abel to interpret and disseminate complex information effectively and possess organization and problem solving skills.
